1. Our commitment

Sainik Shetkari Welfare Foundation (“SSWF”, “we”, “us”) maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping the SSWF mobile application and related services safe and compliant with applicable child safety laws and Google Play policies.

2. Who may use the SSWF app

The SSWF app is intended for registered adult members and authorized office bearers of Sainik Shetkari Welfare Foundation. The app is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly permit use by minors. Membership registration and access require verification through authorized foundation channels.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on SSWF services:

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

4. How to report child safety concerns

If you see content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment, report it immediately using one of the methods below:

In the SSWF app

  1. Sign in to the SSWF app.
  2. Go to Help Requests or contact your center/district administrator.
  3. Select the option to report a safety concern and describe the issue.
  4. Include relevant details (date, member ID if known, screenshots if available).

Urgent or illegal content: If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In India, you may also report cybercrime through cybercrime.gov.in or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

5. How we respond to reports

When we receive a credible child safety report, we will:

  1. Review the report promptly during business hours and prioritize urgent cases
  2. Remove or restrict access to violating content and suspend offending accounts
  3. Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
  4. Report CSAM and related illegal activity to appropriate regional and national authorities, including law enforcement and recognized reporting organizations where applicable
  5. Cooperate with lawful investigations

SSWF complies with applicable child safety and child protection laws in India and cooperates with lawful requests from authorities. We report known CSAM to the appropriate bodies as required by law and industry standards.
