Steps to request account deletion
- Email kalkidigitaltechnologies@gmail.com with subject: SSWF Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, Member ID, and registered mobile number.
- Confirm that you want your account permanently deleted.
- Or visit your registered Sainik Shetkari center and submit a written account deletion request to your center head.
- We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
Data deleted when your account is removed
- Name, gender, and date of birth
- Mobile number and email address
- Member ID and login credentials
- Address and pincode
- Aadhaar number (where stored)
- Membership profile and dashboard data
- Help requests and uploaded documents linked to your account
Data that may be kept

Delete specific data without closing your account
To update or remove specific information (for example email or a document) without deleting your full account, use the same email or center process above and state which data should be removed or corrected.
