The App is intended for registered members and authorized office bearers of Sainik Shetkari Welfare Foundation, including district, taluka, vibhag, and center heads and administrators. The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Depending on your role and how you use the App, we may collect:

- Security logs: up to 90 days
- Anonymized statistics: may be retained without identifying you

10. Account creation and authentication
The App supports:
- Username and password — for district/taluka/vibhag/center heads and admin
- Username and other authentication — members may sign in with registered mobile number
New member accounts may be created through authorized center or organizational registration processes.
11. App permissions
The App may request access to:
- Internet & network state — to connect to SSWF servers
- Camera / photos / files — only when you choose to upload images or documents (e.g. help requests, announcements)
- Storage / sharing — to save or share your digital membership ID card when you use those features
We do not access your device contacts, SMS, or precise GPS location.
12. Third-party services and ads
- The App does not display third-party advertisements
- Announcements shown in the App are published by SSWF or authorized heads
- The App connects to SSWF’s own backend API; we do not use third-party analytics SDKs for advertising
13. International data transfers
Our servers are intended for use in India. If you access the App from outside India, your information may be processed in India or where our hosting providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
